GUIDELINES & RULES
MKCC Blind Line CTF — Rules
1. Each participant must use their own registered account.
2. Do not share flags, solutions, or challenge answers with other participants.
3. Do not attack or disrupt the CTF platform or other participants' accounts.
4. Do not use brute-force attacks against the platform or its infrastructure.
5. Submit flags in the exact format specified in each challenge.
6. Do not exploit the platform itself to gain unauthorized points or access.
7. The organizers' decisions regarding scoring and rule violations will be final.
8. Participants must follow ethical hacking practices throughout the competition.
